Revenue Assurance

In collaboration with our strategic Partner “LATRO” we launched our Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management system in 2020 and it is deployed in couple of telecom markets.
Our plan for 2025 to have RA deployed and functioning in more than 10 countries.
The system is designed to fit multi-domain Sectors with dynamic data models including Telecom, Banking, Medical ..etc.
System Functionalities allow to focus on the core business by providing exceptional customer experience and ensuring that all services have been correctly provisioned, billing is accurate, and customer complaints are minimal. The various modules of our system allow to ensure that different aspects of core network, marketing, finance, customer service, are functioning correctly.
